About the role:
We are searching for an experienced Timetabling and Planning Manager who is looking for their next opportunity.

Our curriculum timetables are vital in supporting our staff and learners throughout their journey with West London College. This role requires you to work closely with our curriculum heads and heads of departments to ensure that staff and learners have accurate registers and timetables. Therefore, you will be adaptable, approachable and eager to support the curriculum planning across the departments and our four campuses.

The successful candidate will have experience working in an educational timetabling system in either a Further or Higher educational setting. You will be supported by an experienced MIS director in producing accurate curriculum timetables and registers and provide continued support by regularly maintaining course data on the MIS systems.
