Actual Salary: £10,712 - £11,596

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to apply as a Teaching Assistant at Lawn Manor Academy. This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities. To help promote the emotional, physical and educational development of pupils.

Under the direction of the Assistant Headteacher (SENDCO) or teacher, you will be working as part of a team to promote the emotional, physical and educational development of pupils. Previous experience would be beneficial; however, training will be given and the opportunity to gain further qualifications.

Lawn Manor Academy is part of the Royal Wootton Bassett Academy Trust (RWBAT) based in Swindon.
