TEACHING ASSISTANT
Part time – 3 days- Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Contracted 16.5hrs per week term time only
Pay Grade F - £11.02 – £11.70 per hour dependent on experience.
We are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work with students with special educational needs.
Applicants should
• Have a good, general education (GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above)
• Have previous experience of working with children with SEND
• Have a willingness to undertake training in medical procedures
• Be enthusiastic, organised and flexible
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant for pupils with complex needs, including ASD, is desirable but the successful candidate will be working within a skilled and supportive team. They will be expected to provide support to individual students, small groups or work in whole class settings across the curriculum. They will receive excellent support from a hardworking and dedicated team.
