About the role:
Are you passionate about improving students' lives? We at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Manager to join the department in delivering an excellent service.

You will be responsible for ensuring the technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering the highest levels of service availability, performance and security across the College. This includes the implementation, administration, support and continued development of IT services ensuring effective BAU operation of all enterprise IT systems including, but not limited to, servers, applications, storage and network resources, cross-campus to ensure a highly available and resilient IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have both strong technical and people management skills with experience of working an ITIL compliant service desk. You will act as the 3rd line of support and have line management responsibility for the 1st and 2nd line support teams.

It’s an opportunity for you to work closely with the Head of IT services to improve and implement services that supports our staff and learners throughout the College. If you are interested in this role we would love to hear from you.
