Hours of work: 29 hours per week, 39 weeks a year
Salary: Support Staff Scale 25 - £23,731 (Actual Salary £15,988)
This is a permanent contract starting September 2023.
Richard Taunton has a well-established Science and Health & Social Care department offering a breadth of curriculum at both level 2 and 3. We require a dynamic and motivated technician and technical demonstrator to join us from June 2023.
Under the direction of the Curriculum Manager, the successful candidate will support the effective running of the practical learning, ensuring all students have access to appropriate equipment and materials. They will also provide support in lessons during practical sessions, supporting the safe delivery of the Science curriculum.
You will strive to ensure that the learning environment is maintained to the highest standard to support the best outcomes for all Level 2 (GCSE), A level Sciences and Level 3 (BTEC) learners.
All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
